Yes. Registration and renewal of an agreed standard domain are included in your $100/month website care plan. Your quote identifies the covered domain and how registration or renewal will be handled. You own your domain.

Existing website clients can ask for brief guidance by email on business tools such as Square and other payment or booking tools. This guidance is included in website care and draws on existing knowledge and information you provide. Product research, formal comparisons, scheduled calls, implementation, and ongoing support for business tools are not included; availability, scope, and price for additional work are agreed before it begins. Website care includes email support for your Luvio-managed website and business email account. Send your request to info@luviosolutions.com with your question or request. Expect an initial email reply within 24–48 hours, including weekends. Completion timing is agreed separately for each request.

One business email account is included in website care. Each additional mailbox costs $10 per month, including setup and support. Forwarding aliases are different from separate mailboxes; ask about the addresses you need.

Up to 1 hour of small content changes is included each month, across multiple requests. This covers existing text, photos, hours, or services using content you provide. Unused time does not roll over. Technical maintenance does not use this allowance. Additional edits, new pages, features, copywriting, and redesigns are quoted before work begins.

You own your domain, content, and brand assets. If you leave, Luvio coordinates a manual handoff of your website source files, content, brand assets, and domain access or transfer to you or your chosen provider. Timing and transfer steps are arranged directly. Service is month-to-month with no long-term lock-in and requires 30 days’ cancellation notice.

Luvio can work with your existing domain and help connect it to the new site. Your quote identifies the agreed standard domain covered by monthly care, including its renewal, and any migration steps. You own your domain; access and renewal arrangements are agreed before changes are made.

It depends on the site. If the foundation is solid, a refresh might be all it needs. If the code or design is outdated, a rebuild is usually faster and cleaner. Luvio will give a straight recommendation either way.
